Nature of the platform

ShipsBloom is an independent fan community platform for tracking and discussing Thai GL drama content. Our catalog displays informational metadata and promotional imagery (such as official posters) for series, actors, and ships. Additionally, registered users may upload their own profile content, including avatars and banners. We do not host, stream, or distribute episodes, films, or any audiovisual content.

Ownership and trademarks

All series titles, character names, logos, trademarks, and official promotional materials displayed on this site belong to their respective copyright holders. ShipsBloom makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), ShipsBloom maintains and enforces a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

How to submit a takedown notice (DMCA § 512(c)(3))

If you believe content on ShipsBloom infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the address below containing all of the following:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on ShipsBloom where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the content that was removed and its former URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which ShipsBloom may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
