For account-access issues, submit your username, affected URL (if any), and a technical description of the issue, including browser and device details.

Content correction and legal takedown requests

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative requesting correction or removal of series information, your notice must include all required elements below:

  • Full legal name and contact information of the requester.
  • Identification of the affected work, series, performer, or trademarked material.
  • Exact URL(s) on ShipsBloom where the disputed information appears.
  • Legal basis for the request, including ownership or authorization statement.
  • A declaration made in good faith that the request is accurate and authorized.

Support response time

Initial review is generally completed within 2-5 business days. Complex legal requests may require additional verification time.
